Sunday 28 May – Sunday Teas begin
We begin our summer season on Sunday 28th May with tea, coffee and home-made cake being served every Sunday, from 2.30 – 4.30 p.m. up to and including Sunday 3rd September. Come along with family and friends and enjoy a walk around the woodland paths and formal flowerbeds, followed by tea and cake on the upper lawn terrace. Sunday 10th September is our Heritage Open Day and we will be serving refreshments from 10 am – 4 pm.

Sunday 25 June – Jazz Picnic with the Pavilion Big Band
Dance the evening away to your big band favourites from Glenn Miller and Duke Ellington to Frank Sinatra and the ‘Rat Pack’
Bring along your picnic and something to sit on and enjoy an evening of music and fun.
Hot drinks, squash and snacks will be on sale during the interval.
5.30 – 8.00 p.m. (Gates open at 5 p.m.)
Adults £8, Children £4 (under 5s free)

Thursday 13 July – Plantation Garden 2017 Summer Outing
Booking is now open for places on our Summer Outing. This year we will be visiting two National Trust properties: HUGHENDEN MANOR AND GROUNDS (a monument to the high Victorian age created by its owner Benjamin Disraeli (1804-81) and his wife Mary-Anne) and CLIVEDEN HOUSE GARDENS AND GROUNDS – a spectacular setting on a terrace overlooking one of the most attractive reaches of the Thames.

10.00 am – 4.00 pm Free entry for all. There will be a full programme of music throughout the day, as well as the chance to buy souvenirs and plants, and find out about the Garden and its history. Refreshments, including tea, coffee, filled rolls, delicious homemade cakes and scones will be available during opening times.
